Admission Requirements
To apply for enrollment at Mount Thomas Academy, families should provide the following documents during the interview:
Completed Application Forms
Fully filled applications signed by parents or legal guardians.
Official Birth Certificate
Copy of national birth certificate confirming spelling of name and age.
Immunization Record Cards
Up-to-date vaccine cards validated by a registered clinic or nurse.
Previous School Report Cards
Required for class placements in grades 2 through 6.

Need-Based Scholarships
Mount Thomas Academy provides a limited number of 100% full-tuition waivers for community children residing in extreme poverty or child-headed households.
